I have lived in Errol since 2007 and have been providing computer advice to friends, family and paying customers since 1990.  I worked for a while for PCCallout but spent more time driving to remote jobs than fixing computers.  I also worked for Sitel in Dundee providing technical support for BT Business Broadband customers, this was fine until BT closed the call centre!

My aim is to help people get their computers back up and running quickly and cost effectively.  I also like to share the knowledge that will enable people to sort minor issues themselves.

I charge a £10 call out fee and then £20 per hour chargeable in half hour increments.  Within half an hour I will give a diagnosis and estimate of cost to repair the computer.  I operate a no fix no fee policy.
